The Dinghy Blunt Pinecone is an all purpose cruiser that pays homage to the conifer rich rainforests of the Pacific North West region in which we reside. Our Dinghy Blunt shape was designed to be stable, with a little extra width where you need and slightly wider trucks than the other Dinghy shapes. The Dinghy Blunt Pinecone is great for riders with bigger feet or anyone looking for a little more stability and confidence out of their cruiser board. The 135mm trucks and 60mm wheels make sliding a breeze!

SANDED WHEEL WELLS

100% Canadian Maple

Canadian Maple is a strong and proven material used in the world’s best skateboards. We source only the finest veneers found in Eastern Canada.

Kicktail

Take your skating into the third dimension with a kicktail. We design our kicktails to work perfectly with each deck shape as well as with the truck and wheel setup on each complete.

LOW CAVE

Mellow concave that barely feels like it’s there, but designed to give you the control you need, when you need it.

SANDED WHEEL WELLS

Wheel wells reduce the risk of wheel-bite by increasing the gap between wheels and deck. Sanded or CNC’d wheel wells both allow for larger wheels or looser trucks, if desired.

The Dinghy Blunt is a small cruiser board that comes in at 28.5" long and 8.6 wide. The extra width up front and significant taper means you get more leverage over the front truck than the rear one, which gives it more directional steering characteristics and a bit more stability than the classic Dinghy shape. The Dinghy Blunt is pressed with 7 plies of Canadian maple for a light, stiff and poppy ride and comes set up with Polar Bear 130mm trucks to match the width of the deck. 60mm 78a Chubby Hawgs wheels finish off the setup and ensure you'll have a smooth ride with plenty of roll speed and grip without having to worry about wheelbite.

Highlights

  1. Made with 100% Canadian Maple
  2. Low Concave for comfortable foot work
  3. Sanded Wheel Wells to minimize bite
  4. Perfectly paired components

Love it

Wife got me the UV dinghy blunt for our anniversary and even though it took a week of straight riding before breaking the bearings in, and getting the trucks right where I want it, best cruiser I’ve ever had. Even though they were out of stock of the ocean teal blue, the black wheels it came with were still nice. Upgraded to the 63mm fatty hawgs and it’s an even nicer cruise.

Great board but wrong choice

This board is solid and has great parts, unfortunately I won’t ride it. I should have ordered a long board for my intended purposes of cruising.

It's a pretty good skateboard

Well I came from riding a long board so this was a little shorter but would recommend. You get speed easier because of better trucks and lighter board, it's a lot quieter than my last board aswell, would recommend, only issue is my board became extremely squeaky so it was a minor inconvenience to fix it but were all good now

Very nice board

It is a fantastic item, of excellent quality, and I enjoy riding it. Acrobatics is not my thing, but I cannot imagine anything better for casual skateboarding
