Canada: Free Shipping on orders above $125. Expedited options are also available at an additional cost, depending on the goods. All available options will be presented at the checkout. We are out skating on the weekend, no orders are shipped during that time - this is included in the calculation of the average times above.


Processing/handling INFORMATION

Orders are currently leaving our warehouses within 1 – 3 business days. For us, “business days” means Monday – Friday as we do not ship or pack orders on weekends. From Monday to Friday our hours of operation are 9am – 5pm PST, excluding statutory holidays. Order processing times are subject to change and orders may ship out later (or earlier) than the aforementioned window – depending on how busy we are. Our main goal is to get your board under your feet as soon as possible! If you're worried about current estimated processing times please contact us first. We endeavour to prioritize orders with expedited shipping but we can't guarantee it will ship out faster than the aforementioned window.



You will receive an email containing your tracking number when your order is collected from our warehouse. We are given a tracking number when your order is collected from our warehouse, therefore processing orders do not have an associated tracking number yet. Any shipments to APO addresses are sent via Canada Post or USPS. Please note, we are not able to ship to PO boxes.

updating the address on your order

If you need to update the address on your order you must do so by 12 pm PST on the day that your order is being shipped. Any address update requests made after this time may not reach us in time before your order is processed and shipped out. If your request is placed after 12 pm PST on the day of shipment we cannot guarantee that we will be able to have the address updated with the shipping company. If this occurs then the customer may be responsible to coordinate the delivery of the package(s) to the correct
