Giant's Head Park Road is a steep and winding 2.1 km course with 220 meters of drop, 13 hairpin corners, fast straightaways, with absolutely no pinecones on the road, where skaters push the boundaries of high-speed carving and sliding.

This highly anticipated event brings together a vibrant community of riders from around the world for an exciting 3 days of freeride longboarding, camping, and having fun with friends. If you’ve never seen the event before, check out the videos below to get an idea of what we’re all about!

Dont GO To Giants HEAD!!!!!

I have been to like 8 Giants Head Freerides, and I cannot stress this enough. Do not Go. Sure you are going to have a great time, and hang with all the coolest people doing the coolest things. The road is amazing, and everyone loves it, and this year they gave away a ton of awesome free wheels for attendees, Venom HITP Harlots, Hawgs EZ Slider wheels, Powell Peralta 72mm Kevos, Otang Purps, and more.... Jon Huey played hours of fun music, and hosted Karaoke which is always the best. Prizes were won, everyone loved it...

But then for the next 362 days of the year... sorrow. The sun seems duller, food tastes bland. a shower seems filthy, and coffee doesnt taste good anymore. What am I going to do now, go skate my local roads... trash compared to Giants Head. Sure I can skate with 10 homies, but that doesnt compare to the 250 riders jamming into tightrope in a row. Don't even get me started on the weather. 2.5 days of pristine weather, and .5 days of light clouds, always dry pavement. Needless to say the event was amazing, but is it worth the 362 days of painful longing and feelings of wandering through life in a joyless haze?
