The Evo 36 is a classic example of a downhill board design, and the concept continues to be effective to this day. Also wonderful for long cruises, it has a stiff construction for better downhill performance. A lowered platform and directional wedging of the truck mounting areas work to give you a super stable ride. Front-loaded steering makes it very easy to predict what the board is going to do next when cornering. The 36 offers more grip in the corners and a much more agile, responsive ride compared to the 40. The tighter packaging and added grip bring it more in line with the demanding nature of modern DH racing without sacrificing its championship winning DNA or legendary stability.

My fiancee's first board!

I've been riding for like 18 years now and my fiancee wanted to learn how to ride with me so I got her this. She didn't like my Gold Coast pintail or the cruiser she got but this, THIS is the one for her. My experience on it is that it's so stable for downhill it makes the sketchiest hills in my town feel like they're flat! Hills I can barely bomb on my pintail are nothing for this board. So yeah, great for beginners and experienced longboarders 👍

Comfy, stable ride

If you're not big in flex, this stiff bad boy makes a great all-round board. Super stable, and very easy to push... I have it set up for crusing and know I can trust it at higher speeds when I come across hills along the way. It's also easy to slide, and carves the pavement nicely. A very comfortable board!
